Victoria Elina creates symbolic and cinematic worlds through painting, photography and film. Her practice explores identity, memory, emotional inheritance, personal mythology, cultural symbolism, and the fragile relationship between human beings and the living world.
Through figurative painting and constructed photography she examines beauty, violence, femininity, observation, nature and artificiality — the hidden realities beneath visible appearances. Based in Los Angeles. Working internationally.
